CLARIN-PLUS workshop: “Facilitating the creation of new national consortia”

Place: Bergen, Norway (airport code: BGO).

The aim of the workshop is for CLARIN to give information, and to receive information about the situation across the new/coming member countries, and to discuss solutions, synergies and cooperation.
The main target group of this workshop consists of the national coordinators from the countries that joined the ERIC over the last year, and those who are preparing to join.For each of these consortia it may be possible to fund travel for one participant. Other interested consortia may also participate.

Practical info

The venue is 30 km outside Bergen, ca 40 minutes by taxi from the airport. Transport to and from Solstrand will be organized based on your flight arrivals and departures.

This is planned as a one-day event, and probably most of you need to arrive on the day before (Sunday March 6). We are therefore planning a common dinner on Sunday evening.
Wrt. arrival, please consider the following: To attend the joint dinner, your flight should arrive in Bergen no later than 18:20.
Wrt. departure: If you have a return flight from 17:25 or later you may be able to return on the same day of the event (Monday), otherwise you may have to stay for an extra night.
