Having worked with Medieval Nordic texts, I would like to see a co-ordination of text encoding and manuscript images (possibly within a grid structure), and also to explore morphological and syntactical annotation of these texts. Medieval texts of high quality are necessary not only for medieval scholars but also for diachronic studies within literature (including textual criticism) and linguistics, and for studies of linguistic variation in general.
